TAO Scotland is hosting its annual National Black Belt testing on Sunday the 26th October at KMAA.

Mrs Aisling Power will be running to raise funds for the Milford Care Centre. Mrs power wrote
"This year she will be running the Milford 10k in Memory of my amazing Mother who passed away on the 11th Feb 2024. Milford Care Centre they were absolutely fantastic to us all, and the care they gave to my Mam was just unbelievable. I always knew how incredible Milford was but you don't fully understand until you are in that situation and we will be eternally grateful to them for how they treated our precious mam. They deserve every cent people can donate and that's why I am doing this fundraiser because every little helps. I'd really appreciate any donations through the link above." Thanks a million
